Hi Laurie, It’s been a long time since I’ve seen you! I’m presently quilting two versions of Phinney Ridge in 2 totally different colorways….both beautiful. They took a class together from you, I think. Anyway, lovely pattern…which book is it in?

My name is Michelle and I was taking class using your ripples and reflections pattern. I didn’t get to finish the quilt in the class and don’t have the entire pattern. I have up to page 21. I s there any way you could help me get the rest of the pattern maybe through email? I would really love to finish the quilt.

Laurie; Just finished Nature’s Jewels and had a lot of fun doing it as well as learning also! It is also wonderful of you to give us a pattern to use up our scraps and also to be so generous to show how you had the back quilted. Cindy – I’m thinking about a new block-of-the-month design, but am also working on 4 new individual patterns. So hopefully later this summer I have them ready. I do also have copies of each of my 3 books for sale if you haven’t worked your way through them yet. But I’m guessing your reference to my “beauties” means you probably have Batik Beauties! I’m just glad that you enjoyed and learned from making Nature’s Jewels – congratulations on getting it finished! – Laurie
